We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from inaccurate information provided by you or from HOA restrictions you did not disclose prior to the start of the project.

We stand behind our work. Any warranty terms specific to your project will be stated in your written contract. General workmanship warranties cover defects arising from our labor and materials under normal use and conditions. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, ground movement, acts of nature, damage by others, or failure to follow our post-job care instructions. Sealcoating warranties are subject to proper curing conditions at the time of application. All warranty claims must be submitted in writing to estimates@carlsbadasphaltpaving.com.
